I am Dr Ibrahim Garba Gwammaja, born on 22nd February 1972 at Kofar Mazugal, Dala Local Government in Kano State of Nigeria.
A Senior Lecturer in the Department of Linguistics, Foreign and Nigerian Languages, Faculty of Arts, National Open University of Nigeria.
I obtained PhD. in Linguistics (2018), MA in Language (2014), MDS (master’s in development studies (2008), PGDMC (2006), PGDHS (2007) and BA Hausa/ Mass Communication, all from Bayero University, Kano. Research areas: Morphology, Morpho-Syntax, Syntax, Semantics, Translation English – Hausa and Vice-visa and Hausa Sign Language Linguistics.
My hobbies: Research, Travelling and Readings. I have attended both National and International Conferences and published papers in reputable Journals. My contact are:
